Microsoft extends MCSE, MCSA and MCSD certification retire date

Microsoft is retiring it's Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) later than expected, on January 31st, 2021. At first, these certifications would retire on June 30th of this year, but Microsoft has decided to extend the date because of the Coronacrisis.

Pearson Vue won't charge if you you move or cancel your Microsoft exam. If you've got a Pearson Vue exam voucher that expires in between the 26th of March and August 31st, it'll be extended until January 31st, 2021.

Role-based certifications are extended
All the role-based certifications that expire between now and December 31st are extended with another six months. You won't have to do anything for this extention - Microsoft updates the expiration date of your certification automatically. You'll see the change within thirty days in your certification dashboard.Get certified online
