Clients want cheaper learning solutions, and participants want a learning solution that requires them to spend less time in the classroom. And we want learning to have a higher return on investment.

Higher returns on training

As a way of responding to all three of these demands, we now offer Global Knowledge New Learning. In the New Learning program, self study using online training is the foundation for acquiring knowledge. We use the Global Knowledge Learning platform. The program also involves active learning as all the individual components can be practiced online. During the four-week self study period, the participants are coached one-on-one to prepare them for the two-day workshop. During this workshop, the high returns gained through this new training method become apparent.   

The moment of truth

Using business cases, the participants create a plan of action and this plan is presented to the other participants. Then, after any problems have been handled, everyone is involved in putting this plan into action. This approach means that by the end of the course participants have not only acquired knowledge and skills, but they can also put them into practice.

Last week in the Netherlands, the first group began taking the Office365 M20347-b training course, and other groups will soon begin the Azure /M20533-b and Windows Server 2016 training courses. Get updates on this via our website and newsletters.
