TMAP®: Organizing built-in quality at scale - Including Exam

This training course is for all people that are involved in organizing high-performance IT delivery (such
as DevOps and Scrum). This includes roles such as scrum masters, agile coaches, release train
engineers, test managers, test masters.
Other relevant roles include QA professionals, testers, business analysts, product owners, developers,
quality engineers, users, operations people etc.

• You know the essence of business-driven test management (BTDM) ]
• You can draw up a (master) test plan
• You have insight into the management activities of a test process (overarching and of various test types)
• You can draw up a test budget
• You can apply the activities for setting up and managing an infrastructure
• You can analyse test statistics
• You can apply various testing techniques
• You can name measures to improve the quality of development tests
• You can give examples of test tools for development testing
• You have insight into the supporting processes and can set these up

During this training course the participants (that typically are involved in organizing, structuring and
scaling the IT delivery process) will get knowledge and practical experience with the following QA &
testing subjects (amongst others):

• IT delivery models (incl DevOps, Scrum and SAFe®)
• The VOICE model for achieving business value by IT delivery
• CI/CD pipeline and tooling
• QA & Testing topics, such as:
o quality & test policy
o monitoring & control
o anomaly management
o reporting & alerting
o estimating & planning
o metrics and continuous improvement
o infrastructure
• Organizing quality engineering overarching multiple teams
• End-to-end testing within a team or over multiple teams
• Quality characteristics and test varieties
• Personal, interpersonal and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.

The training course lets participants get experience on these subjects through short introductions
followed by relevant exercises and leaves ample room for sharing experiences by all participants.
During the course the participants will also practice exam questions.

TMAP®: Quality for cross functional

This training course prepares for the exam “TMAP: Organizing built-in quality at scale”.
This is a 1,5 hour exam with 40 questions.
The exam is provided by the independent exam provider iSQI.
