In deze cursus leer je hoe je alle aspecten van project procurement effectief kunt beheren. Je ontdekt de logica achter contracteringsprincipes en -practices en leer je de termen, technieken en hulpmiddelen om projectbehoeften om te zetten in uitbestede goederen en diensten. Je leert succesvolle aanbestedingen te realiseren door inzicht te krijgen in de rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en verwachtingen van de interne en externe stakeholders die betrokken zijn bij de inkoopketen.

In deze cursus, waarin je vaardigheden ontwikkelt, zal je 70% van de tijd besteden aan contracteringsactiviteiten, van het documenteren van de vereisten tot het sluiten van het contract. Oefeningen omvatten de ontwikkeling van een inkoopstrategie, contractselectie, herziening en bijwerking van SOW's, risicobeheer, onderhandelen over schaderegeling en het verzamelen van geleerde lessen.

You will discover the logic behind contracting principles and practices, and you'll learn the terms, techniques, and tools of converting project needs into outsourced goods and services. You will learn to ensure successful procurements by gaining an understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the internal and external stakeholders involved in the procurement chain.

In this skills-building course, you will spend 70% of class time working on contracting activities, from requirements documentation through to contract closure. Exercises include the development of a procurement strategy, contract selection, revising and updating SOWs, risk management, negotiating claims settlement, and collection of lessons learned.
