This 2-day workshop is your ticket to launching a solid data and AI strategy at your organization.
On the first day, you'll learn how to sketch out a roadmap, and build a strong foundation. You'll learn about Data & AI Strategy fundamentals, craft the essentials, and devise a strategic roadmap during engaging sessions and hands-on workshops.
On the second day, we’ll teach you how to take initial implementation steps, engage stakeholders effectively, derive actionable insights, and plan ahead for future strides through immersive workshops and practical session. We'll also dive into using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost business efficiency.
