Cisco Select Partners
If you are looking for a place to start, Select may be for you. This entry-level certification is flexible enough to work for a variety of business models. It recognises and rewards your achievement of any of the Express or higher technology specialisations.
The Cisco Express Specialisations have been updated to make it easier to learn, engage, and open new avenues of business. There is now just one Express Specialisation with multiple tracks.
Select Certification is automatically granted on completion of one of the following Express Specialisation tracks:
- Collaboration
- Data Center
- Networking
- Security
- Service Provider
- Video

Service and Support Requirements

| Service contract | Partner must sell services related to Cisco product through distribution |
| Customer service and call-back | 8 hours a day, 5 days a week |
Customer Satisfaction Requirements
| Measurement | Explanation |
|---|---|
| January measurement | Provide 10 valid contacts/email addresses for current customers to receive a customer satisfaction survey. |
| July measurement | Partner must enter follow-up activities in the PAL tool for all low scores received for the current fiscal year. |
