IBM’s You Pass We Pay Program

The You Pass We Pay Program is an offering from IBM and is designed to help your company build IBM product skills by reimbursing some or all of your tuition and test fees when you achieve eligible certifications on selected Software products.

The You Pass, We Pay benefit is available to Business Partners who have purchased the IBM Value Package. Through this unique offering, you can effectively offset the expense of building your technical skills. Certifications assist you in achieving a higher program level in IBM's PartnerWorld, therefore, gaining access to increased IBM benefits.

Certifications are also one of the elements required for authorization to resell IBM software products within Software Value Plus (SVP) controlled distribution.

IBM refreshes the list of eligible We Pay offerings quarterly. This allows for more flexibility in the program as new certifications come to market and further focuses skills development on key IBM Software growth areas.
