Frequently Asked Questions about the Coronavirus

Global Knowledge
Will my training course still take place? Find the answer to this and more questions about the Coronavirus in this article by Global Knowledge. This page will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.

This article will also detail the measures Global Knowledge is taking and it will outline options you have if you choose not to attend or are unable to attend a course at one of our training centres.

Has my course been cancelled?

No. Global Knowledge will continue to run public scheduled courses unless the health and safety of you, your fellow participants, our employees and training course instructors are at risk. Currently, that is not the case. If this changes, Global Knowledge will notify you and this article will be updated.

What options do I have if I don’t want to attend a course in person at Global Knowledge’s training centre or if I’m physically unable to do so?

You can join the training course virtually (online) via our Zoom platform. Global Knowledge will give you access to the live virtual learning environment (virtual classroom) to do so. This is possible for almost all of our training courses. If you want to know if your course is available as a virtual event, please contact Global Knowledge.

How does a virtual classroom work?

A live virtual classroom training is more or less the same as a regular classroom training. You receive the same course materials, access labs (if part of the course), engage with the course instructor and the other delegates. The only difference is that you follow the course from your preferred location, whether that is at home or at work.

If you would like to attend a live virtual classroom event, please contact the Global Knowledge customer service desk.

Which measures is Global Knowledge taking?

Global Knowledge is monitoring the Belgian health and safety regulations for the Coronavirus. We are not taking decisions lightly and the health and well-being of our employees, partners and customers remain our ultimate priority. We will continue to monitor and make any necessary changes as the situation evolves.
