The SAFe Agilist professional helps define the organizational mission and vision, and communicates strategic decisions and the need for change to all stakeholders and teams. SAs motivate knowledge workers by helping them develop their skills and careers in a way that enhances their capabilities and increases their engagement and commitment to the mission and vision of the enterprise.

The SAFe Agilist certification is for leaders of a Lean-Agile change initiative to develop a Lean-Agile Mindset and apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) to support Agile Teams, programs, and Program Portfolio Management.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 4 Agilist (SA) certification exam:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
  • Experience in Scrum

About the SAFe Agilist Exam

The SAFe Agilist exam covers the following topics:

  • Introducing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Becoming a Lean-Agile Leader
  • Establishing Team and Technical Agility
  • Experiencing Program Increment (PI) Planning
  • Releasing on Demand with DevOps
  • Building Business Solutions and Lean Systems
  • Implementing Lean Portfolio Management
  • Leading the transformation

The exam includes about 45 multiple choice questions, in english. The passing score is 75%.
Candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam
Candidates can access to the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the Leading SAFe course

Recommended training

SAFE  Leading SAFe  2 days 

Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.
