Need for Knowledgeable ITIL Certified Subject Matter Experts

GSC provides large-scale information systems solutions to federal and local government agencies as well as commercial customers. With increasing ITIL, IT Infrastructure Library, implementations in various government agencies and branches, GSC started to notice the need for ITIL experts in their organization to keep their competitive advantage and win contracts on new projects.
