The IT Service Manager (ITSM) Process Development Workshop is a two-day program for training IT professionals to use the itSM Solutions® Process Guide Library to develop requirements, designs, and detailed work plans to plan, implement, and operate each ITSM process. The library consists of 10 detailed professional documents covering the 10 practice areas outlined in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) published by the Office of Government Commerce, United Kingdom.
Learning objects for each of the ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, Release, Service Level Availability, Capacity, IT Service Continuity, Financial Management, and Service Desk.
Process owners, project managers, process implementation team, and managers responsible for the successful implementation of ITSM processes.
