In order to maintain PMP® certification, the Project Management Institute (PMI®) now requires project management professionals to satisfy PMP® Professional Development Program requirements. Project management professionals are required to attain no less than 60 professional development units (PDUs) within a three-year cycle and agree to continue to adhere to the PMP® Code of Professional Conduct.
