Introduction to Enterprise Architecture for the Private Sector

In this one-day course, you will learn about Enterprise Architecture and how it can be used to address the challenges faced by business and Information Technology groups within an organization. You will become familiar with various models and frameworks that can be used to manage complexity, and you will learn about the Enterprise Architecture process and its applicability to project portfolio management.

Students pursuing a university-recognized and/or accredited certificate in Canada or continuing education units in the US must attend at least 90% of class time, participate in class exercises and section-knowledge checks, and score at least 70% on an end-of-class, multiple-choice assessment.
