How the SATV Program Works

You are likely qualified for SATV redemption if your organization purchased Microsoft Software Assurance with a Microsoft Volume License Agreement. Contact the Global Knowledge SATV Helpdesk if you need assistance determining your eligibility.

You can start by activating your SATVs at the Microsoft Volume Licensing Services (MVLS) site:

How Do I Redeem SATVs?

The Global Knowledge SATV Helpdesk makes redemption easy. With 22 Microsoft training centers across the United States and with more than 85 eligible courses available via Classroom, Virtual Classroom e-Learning and On-Site delivery, we can train you on the latest Microsoft technologies when and where you and your IT staff need it. Our SATV Helpdesk will take care of getting your organization registered for courses and on the way to redeeming SATVs.
