Global Knowledge Updates Cisco Unified Computing System Training for Cisco UCS Manager 2.0
Cary, NC - September 19, 2012 - Global Knowledge, worldwide leader in IT and business training, today announced the availability of six Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) courses that have been updated for Cisco UCS Manager 2.0.
Global Knowledge instructors and subject matter experts Isaac Valdez and John Barnes said they saw a real need by their students to learn to integrate the latest Cisco data center technologies.

"We cover many of the new UCS Manager 2.0 features in our courses, such as managing firmware bundle options, iSCSI boot, unified ports, and VM-FEX integration with VMware," said Valdez. "We also hit on some of the advancements to the unified fabric hardware."

DCUCI v4.0 - Data Center Unified Computing Implementation
Students will learn to install and provision a Cisco UCS system including hardware, hypervisors, and applications.
DCUCD v4.0 - Data Center Unified Computing Design
Students will learn to choose and design scalable, reliable, and intelligent data center unified computing and virtualization solutions.
DCUCTS - Cisco Data Center Unified Computing System Troubleshooting v1.0
Students will learn to troubleshoot Level 2 UCS, N1K, and C-Series integration issues.
DCUCSCTS - Cisco Data Center Unified Computing System C-Series Troubleshooting v1.0
Students will learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot UCS C-Series servers operating in standalone mode.
UCSTSBC - UCS Troubleshooting Boot Camp
Students will learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot UCS B-Series servers in conjunction with UCS C-Series servers.
DCUCS - Configuring Data Center Unified Computing
Students will learn to install, configure, and maintain UCS B-Series and C-Series servers, with a strong emphasis on Cisco UCS B-Series Blade Servers.
