Global Knowledge Named to TrainingOutsourcing.com's Top 20 Companies in the Training Outsourcing Industry
CARY, N.C. - June 28, 2006 - Global Knowledge, the largest privately held provider of training and enterprise learning services for information technology (IT) and management professionals, has been named to TrainingOutsourcing.com's 2006 list of the Top 20 companies in the training outsourcing industry for the third consecutive year.
Global Knowledge's selection to the list was based on multiple criteria. In total, seventy-five companies were considered with each being measured against 22 learning processes and 13 business capability areas. Each company selected demonstrated strength and experience in several areas of learning services, such as content development, training administration, program delivery, and learning technology. In addition to the assessment, the "2006 TOP 20 Companies in the Training Outsourcing Industry" were evaluated on experience managing multi-year training engagements, capability to deliver multiple training services, revenue generated from training services, geographic reach, and overall breadth of resources.
"Recognition for this prestigious industry award for the third consecutive year is strong validation for our commitment to excellence in providing strategic outsourced training programs," said Michael Fox, senior vice president for Global Knowledge. "As the training outsourcing industry continues to grow, we are committed to delivering unmatched training outsourcing solutions in partnership with a wide variety of commercial and government partners. Leveraging our expertise across all aspects of design, development, demand generation and delivery we create quantifiable paths to improved performance and increased knowledge for customers around the globe."
