Hours of Operation:
The Training Center opens at 7:30 AM. Registration on the first day of class begins at 8:00 AM. If you registered less than a week in advance of the class, please bring your confirmation letter. Classes begin at 8:30 AM and conclude at 4:30 PM unless otherwise directed. Business casual attire is appropriate.

Amenities:
Continental breakfast, an afternoon snack, and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, and soft drinks are provided each day. We offer free local phone calls, fax service, a comfortable breakroom, and preferred Global Knowledge rates at nearby hotels. Internet terminals and analog phone lines are also available.
Directions:
The Techmart Building is approximately 1.5 miles after you exit 101, on your
right, adjacent to the Santa Clara Convention Center and the Hyatt Hotel.
From San Francisco Airport (SFO)
101 South to the Bowers/Great America Parkway Exit. Turn left onto Great America Parkway
From San Jose Airport
101 North to the Great America Parkway Exit. Turn right onto Great America Parkway.
From Oakland
Highway 880 South to the Highway 237 West Exit. Follow to Great America Parkway and turn left.
From Santa Cruz
Highway 17/880 North to the 101 North Exit.
Follow to Great America Parkway exit and turn right
From 237 West/Calaveras Blvd.
Exit at Great America Parkway and turn left at the ramp.
From 680 North and San Jose
680 North to 237 West & Calaveras. Follow to the Great America Parkway Exit and turn left
Transportation:
Any curbside taxi, bus or shuttle service located outside the baggage claim area for Terminals A and C at the San Jose Airport is recommended.
Parking:
Free parking is available in the parking structure directly behind the Techmart Building from the second level on. It can be accessed by the driveway between the Techmart and Hyatt Hotel off the Great America Parkway.
