If you have any technical issues, please email us at MobileAppSupport@globalknowledge.com before submitting a customer review regarding technical issues. We will work with you to resolve technical difficulties as quickly as possible.
Note: Make sure you hard reset your device every time you install any new software.
To Hard Reset Your Device:
- Simultaneously press and hold the Home button (the big circle below the screen) and the Sleep/Wake button (the button on top of the iPhone) for a few seconds. Disregard the "Slide to power off."
- The iPhone should now shut down (fade to black)
- Turn the iPhone back on by pressing the Sleep/Wake button.
- You should now see the Apple logo as your iPhone restarts and boots up.
- You have successfully completed a hard reset.
