Validate

We validate your solution by measuring and evaluating the results along the way to ensure success. Your program manager will provide ongoing project tracking and reporting on enrollment, responses, assessment results, and quality. You'll have regular communication with us per our agreed-upon communication plan.

Evolve

We evolve your solution by providing ongoing fine-tuning and recommendations so that your organization has access to the right tools for continuous learning. Through regular meetings, the program manager will use our formal change request process to address additional needs your organization may have.
