Red Hat® Directory Services and Authentication Exam (EX423)
The Red Hat Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication Endorsement Exam is a performance-based test of the skills covered in RH423 Red Hat Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication. In order to enroll in this exam, you must have an RHCE on a current release at the time of the exam. Upon passing the exam, you will have earned an additional endorsement to your RHCE certification. This endorsement is one of the five required in order to earn the designation Red Hat Certified Architect.
Please note: All students taking RHCA-level exams must be able to provide their current RHCE certification number in order to attend the exam. Without that certification number, students will not be admitted to the exam session.
Global Knowledge and Red Hat do not guarantee that anyone who takes one or all of the courses in the Red Hat Certification program will pass a Red Hat exam. On-the-job experience, in combination with high-quality training, is the best way to build skills and prepare for a Red Hat exam. The exam itself is a hands-on learning experience, and many of those who do not pass on the first try come away with a knowledge of what they need to work on to pass the exam on a retake.
Prerequisites
Only RHCEs on a current release may take this exam. You must have a current RHCE certification number to be admitted to the exam session.
All candidates are strongly advised to take RH423 Red Hat Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication in advance of attempting this exam and are further advised to gain practical experience with the skills covered in that class prior to attempting the exam.
