Certification Programs and Certificate Tracks
This course is part of the following programs or tracks:
Learn the key features of the MDS 9000 platform.
This course starts with the basics of the MDS 9000 platform and covers everything you'll need to prepare for the Cisco Storage Networking Design Specialist certification exam.
You will learn about the key features of the MDS 9000 platform and how to leverage these features to build highly available, extensible, intelligent SANs.
This course includes hands-on labs to familiarize you with basic MDS 9000 configuration procedures and design workshops where you will learn to design multiprotocol SANs and SAN extension solutions.
Please note that although the lecture materials are based on NX-OS 4.2.1, the labs are still based on SAN-OS version 3.3.1.
To participate in this course and access the remote labs, you are required to bring a laptop running Windows 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, or Vista, and including Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. Also, the ability to install new ActiveX components may be required.
