Providing effective feedback is vital to project and team success. Many project managers and team leaders are involved in the managerial task of performance feedback reviews for team members, either directly (performing the review) or indirectly (providing input).
In this short course, you'll learn how to provide effective performance feedback, tips for writing performance objectives, and how to conduct performance appraisals. You'll learn how and when to provide feedback, how to prepare for a feedback session, and steps for controlling difficult emotions that may arise in response to feedback.
