Partner-Specific Terms for On-Site Learning

 

Certain Terms for some of our partners differ from Global Knowledge's policies. See below for specific terms that will apply if the training is delivered by Partners. If a partner isn't listed, then standard Global Knowledge terms apply for cancellation and reschedules. The student count for billing policy applies to all partner-delivered events; even those partners not specifically listed below.

Student Count/Billing (Applies to All Partner Delivered Classes)

Global Knowledge will charge the full attendee fee based upon the number of student material kits shipped to a Customer's site. The number of kits shipped will be based upon the number of students confirmed by the Customer on the Booking Sheet ten (10) days prior to the class start date. This confirmed count will be the minimum student count for invoice purposes. In addition, the customer will be invoiced for any students exceeding this amount. For example, if the customer confirms 12 students before the class and only 10 attend, the customer will be invoiced for 12 students. If the customer confirms 12 students, but 14 attend, the customer will be invoiced for 14 students.
