Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) - Avaya CallPilot®

The ACIS - Avaya CallPilot credential certifies that you have the basic-to-intermediate level of technical proficiency necessary to install and implement Avaya CallPilot products.

Qualified candidates typically have at least two years of experience in the relevant technologies and up to one year of experience implementing the Avaya CallPilot product. The successful candidate has the knowledge and skills to:

• Prepare for implementation
• Install the product hardware and software
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot the implementation
• Configure the product for hand-off to Day 2 administration
