CWNA - Certified Wireless Network Administrator
Global Knowledge and the CWNP Program have partnered to support the CWNP family of certifications through the Global Knowledge wireless training classes. Our wireless curriculum will now help students prepare for the CWNP certification exams.
About CWNA
CWNA is the foundation-level wireless LAN certification for the industry-standard CWNP Program. It is your starting point for wireless training and certification. CWNA covers a broad range of wireless LAN topics focused on 802.11 wireless technology rather than vendor-specific products.
The wireless network market continues to grow because of the additional productivity that wireless network access brings to any organization. Properly trained and certified individuals are needed to make networks secure, cost-effective, and reliable. By choosing CWNA training and certification, you will become prepared to administer any wireless LAN, no matter which vendor product you use.

About the Exam
Available at all Vue Testing Centers worldwide, the CWNA exam (PW0-104) consists of 60 multiple-choice questions delivered randomly. A score of at least 70% is required to pass the exam. Due to the diversity and complexity of the exam, the scope of an individual's understanding of wireless LAN networking will be evident if they achieve a passing score on the exam. The exam covers a broad range of knowledge and even tests distinct levels of detail in some areas. Studying for the CWNA exam may take many days. White papers, recent wireless LAN web-based periodicals, manufacturer web sites, and any of the wireless LAN books on the market all make good study material for this exam.
