Use your Cisco Learning Credits with Global Knowledge

Cisco has announced major changes to the Cisco Learning Credits (CLC) program. What are the changes and what do they mean for your CLCs? Read this article to find out.
What changes is Cisco making to the CLC program?
From June 14, 2021, you can no longer redeem your CLCs with a Cisco Learning Partner. This means that you must book and complete your Cisco trainings with CLCs before this date.
After June 14, you can still book Cisco training courses at Global Knowledge, but you can no longer use CLCs as a means of payment. You can only redeem your CLCS directly with Cisco.
How do I use my Cisco Learning Credits at present?
- Choose a Cisco training for which you can submit your CLCs
- Book the training with your account manager at Global Knowledge
- Follow the training before June 14, 2021
What if I’ve already booked a training with CLCs that takes place after June 14?
If this training has been uploaded to the Cisco Learning Credit Management Tool before or on April 5, 2021 and has been approved by your Team Captain, you can still follow this training after June 14.
If you want to make a change to an existing booking, it’s best to contact Global Knowledge to discuss the possibilities.
Do these changes apply to all Cisco Learning Partners?
Yes, the changes apply to all Cisco Learning Partners. After June 14, 2021, you cannot redeem your CLCs at any Learning Partner.
